Hi

For the last couple weeks when I run my auto back up at night I've been getting an error message on file EZssilck.ld4, stating unable to copy. I know at times if Adagio modules are left open I would get EZ..... errors like this. This is not the case this time, modules are not open. Does anyone know why I might be getting this error message all of a sudden and what can be done to fix it. Also, is it a necessary file?

ps: After I did month end i was able to copy this file that night. The next day however and every night afterwards I'm getting this error message again and it won't copy the file.

Also, we are having some server issues could this be related to that?

If you have any ideas let me know, Thanks.

The Adagio products might not be open, but some process might still be running and didn't close properly. It might also be a remote session. Your options include rebooting the server or forcing a close of that specific file from the server. In an office with multiple users, this has to be a coordinated effort. Certainly a reboot will remove the lock on this file.

thanks Bob, I'll try rebooting the server tonight and see if that makes a difference.
