Hi All,
A Client has denied all staff access to user set up and security group, however now she has forgotten her own password and since she changed the SYS password as well she is unable to access any modules.
Since no one else has access to user set up no one can create a temporary user for her.
Is this a case for the support tech to deal with or is there something I can do.
I received a back up from them and was able to get log in using the SYS and SYS, but this is before they told me they were having issues with logging into the system as well.
