Exporting multi-tab report to excel

I created a 10 tab workbook in Financial Reporter. The first tab is consolidated and each subsequent tab is each department. I did it this way, as I needed to hard-code some data for each department to do further analysis, such as revenue per square foot. For some reason the only way I can export this as it is set up is to go into each sheet individually, make sure the date is correct, and export that sheet. I tried to do this through a statement group, but every configuration I tried did much more than what I need, which is simply the report, as set up, for the period I request. thoughts?
Thanks, Lisa

I do select every tab, but on the left side of the screen, where it says Department and Description, I am at a loss. If I select consolidated I get a million tabs, I've tried all sorts of combinations. What should I chose on the left side of the screen? Using version 9D.

When I use * consolidated and then select each tab, the entire consolidated company shows up on each tab even though each tab in the workbook is set for an individual department.

Hi Lisa,
Your Statement Group should have ten elements on it, one for each tab in the Workbook if you want to print a tab for one specific department.
So, add the same financial statement 10 times. The first time, select the first sheet and "*" for consolidated. Then, add another element to the Statement group, selecting the same financial statement, but this time the second sheet in the group and the department you want it to print for. Repeat this process until all the sheets have been selected.
The Excel workbook created if you export the Statement Group will have the name of the Statement Group, and the individual sheets in the workbook will have the names of the sheets exported.
