Same project. I have successfully imported my customers and open receivables as invoices, credit notes and debit notes. When I bring up an active customer, Transactions tab, I see all of the open items. When I click "Calc Aging", I see good numbers. But when I click the "Statement" button, the statement appears with no details.

Then I go to Print -> Statements. I filter the list to just my one customer and preview his statement. Now I see all of the expected details.

Why is the statement correct in one place and empty in the other?

Perhaps one is using Invoice date and the other is using Due Date?

Figured it out. The "Run Date" value in the Customer Screen statement window must have a value. If it is blank, I get nothing. If I set it, I get my statement.

I suggest a "Run Date cannot be empty" pop-up warning here.

It will normally contain the date statements were last run.

Which, after an initial import, is blank.
