When I print this report in both the A/P and the A/R, it's only picking up the most recent batch that's been posted. For instance, if I've posted 3 batches in the A/R in March and then run this report, it only prints one batch with the most recent date. I've double checked in Inquiries - Batch Status, and all the batches have indeed been posted and are listed there.

Any idea's as to how I can get this report to print all the batches that have been posted since the last printing of it?

I know it's possible, I can do it at all my other branches except this one

This report only includes the transactions not yet retrieved into Ledger. Have the transactions been retrieved to Ledger prior to printing the report (when you think they are missing)?

Nope, have not retrieved any batches into the G/L prior to printing this report. Good call though, I should have mentioned that in my first post also.

Does it offer to purge the data at the end of printing the report? It will if it does not "see" your general ledger data in the same Folder as your AR and AP data.

Is this new behavior? Or have you had this problem since you started using Adagio?
