Hello Everyone,

The company I work for has started using Adagio and all but one of our staff is within the same office so Adagio runs over the local network.

But one staff member is a few Kilometers away working from another office. I setup a lan to lan tunnel between both offices so that she can access our server in order to use Adagio.

The problem is the performance. It takes 15-20 minutes just to launch the software (installed locally on her machine, the only thing on the network is the Adagio database)

I verified the network and there is plenty of bandwidth available.

Is there anything I can do to make it faster?

The latency is 15-17ms and the bandwidth is 10 megabits. When watching the traffic monitor at both locations when launching Adagio it uses around 0.2 to 0.4 Megabits.

Thank you.

Use Remote Desktop Services for the remote user. It's the only model that will work with sufficient performance.
