"Freezes" when entering data is a little vague. Are you trying to complete the dialog to generate system checks? Are you entering invoices? Are you entering Cash Invoices into a manual check batch? Does it only happen for a specific vendor? Does the data pass the Data Integrity Check?
Has Adagio Payables ceased working, or has the machine just got "busy"? Does the Task Manager show any activity under I/O read Bytes or I/O Write Bytes columns?
Is the "freezing" repeatable?
You may need to ask your Adagio Consultant to drop by and take a look. However, the look will be more productive if the failure is repeatable.
