We move Adagio from Novell to Windows Server 2008 R2(64 bit). We copied the whole ACCPAC folder from the Netware Server and put it on the windows server. We changed all the drive mappings to the new server but we kept the save drive letter of K. Our accounting department is using the software fine on their PC. The issue is now if we go to install payables or ledger we get the same error about checking your drive mappings, but we have checked and they are set correct. When we run the Adagio system check we get errors about missing Report Tables and it can’t find the QRASP folder, but that folder is there and so are all the files. Also, : Purchase Orders For Adagio Status: *** ERROR: Not set up (in IRWIN.ini) for checking Report Tables. And it doesn’t matter what OS we try XP, 7, and Server 2008 to install the client on.

We are trying to figure out what we did wrong or what configuration we need to change.

Any help will be greatful as we are nonprofit with limit resources.

This is going to be very difficult to help you with over the Forum. There is no Accpac Folder referenced in an Adagio installation. Adagio installs in a Folder called "Softrak" usually under the root of a drive. All the module Folders are under there. Adagio also needs a Folder "\QRASP" which must be under the root of the dive that contains the Softrak Folder.

Normally an Adagio site would seek the assistance of their Adagio consultant when moving servers.

When moving from Novell to Windows we have always reinstalled.
