Our taxes in Adagio POs are not showing up correctly.

When we go to do an adjustment, and go to the 'Total' tab, we usually press the Tax button on the right of the screen. We then enter the taxes per line item as appropriate, press Accept, then Close. The taxes are showing on the bottom right tax summary, but are not showing in the line item or the subtotal - total at the bottom left. We're having to do tons of adjustments to get the tax in there once these invoices hit AP. I've tried to attach a screen shot.

Seems the screenshot didn't come through and there's simply not enough information in your description to try to troubleshoot this on the forum. Taxes are tricky. The problem could be in the setup of the Tax Groups too. For example, each Jurisdiction in the Tax Group needs to have a Costing method setting that includes AP or the taxes will be sent to the Ledger only. It might be best for you to discuss this more fully with your Adagio consultant.

As you know, we are in the process of rewriting PO so that it uses Adagio tools and is a better fit (more like)within the Adagio suite of modules. As such, we aren't making any changes to PO8.1B anymore.

If your taxes are set up correctly there would be no need to manually edit the calculated amount (using the tax button). There may be the odd $0.01 rounding error but when edited properly it will flow through correctly.
