A client just asked if we were able to send a copy of all invoices to the owner of her company. I didn't think so and it does not look like this is possible within the email setup.

I know that one option is to use PrintBoss' email features. (I believe they use PrintBoss anyway, so that would probably work.)

But before I go that route, I wanted to confirm that this was not possible within Adagio. If not - might be a nice little option to put on the wish list.

All invoices for a specific customer? Or all outstanding invoices for all customers?

Neither currently. If all they want are the invoice amounts by customer, then AR statements can be emailed.

A future consideration is to allow sending customer statements along with all the associated invoice forms, using Adagio ePrint for AR statements. This is why there is an option in the Invoices (and OrderEntry) company profile to 'Archive PDF customer copy' when Adagio ePrint is installed. But this feature release is not imminent.

If all invoices for all customers, then this is not on the drawing board. You could use Adagio ePrint or Print to File (PDF) to generate all the invoices, then use some PDF utility (or WinZip) to combine into a single (extremely large!) file.

You can go to the directory where the PDF's of the invoices are saved and just attach them to an e-mail to the owner (assuming they want all invoices for the month).

Or do you want the owner to get an invoice each time one is sent to the client?

Adagio ePrint saves a copy of EVERY invoice generated for a client, regardless of whether it is faxed, emailed or printed.
