Can we edit the fields in Sales Analysis Standard Reports? I just ran the Custoemr 12 Month Summary report and would like to add a column for customer name besides the customer # but can't see anywhere it will give me that option. On-line Inquiry Template List only contains certain reports that allow us to edit or modify. Thanks Kitty

Hi Kitty,

The Standard reports can be modified using Crystal Reports for Adagio, either by yourself or your Adagio consultant. Some changes are easy to make and others more difficult - adding a column isn't too bad unless the information comes from a different table or there is limited room to place the column. Talk to your consultant and they can assist with the scope of the change.

Hi Kitty

The Standard reports are not meant to be used with live data, they are really there for show (I don't work for Softrak and Softrak may have a different opinion).

Online Inquiries are actually where you create live reports.

What I normally do when I install SalesAnalysis is immediately delete all of the Online Inquiries. It is so easy to create your own Online Inquiries that there is no point trying to modify the existing ones, let alone modifying the Standard reports using Crystal Reports.

Hi Steve,

Do you know if there is a way to create a report that shows sales data based on sale dates range. I tried to create one through the On-line Inquiries but the fields for sale start and end dates are not available. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Kitty

Hi Kitty,

You can restrict Quantity, Amount or Cost fields to any arbitrary dates when defining the Inquiry:

or am I missing something?
