The button of Mail Merge in the Customer List in SalesCQ doesn't work when the list is sorted by Customer Name or Customer Phone #. Is this the expected behaviour?

Hi Patricia,

Some grid functionality relies on the primary index (ie customer number) as the sort method, such as the ability to hide inactive records from the Column editor.

I am unaware whether the Mail Merge process is similar, where it shouldn't be available when the grid is sorted by Name or Phone. My expectation would be that if it wasn't allowed, the Mail Merge button should be disabled when the grid is not sorted by Cust Number. Whatever the case, I can write up your findings for development.

When using the finder, enter a customer code and press enter when the customer has being found. The option selected is Edit or View, the result is Record Not Found.

Please add this to the list of things that don't work when the Sort Order is Phone #.
