Is there a way to hide or keep a Header from printing for a specific department if that section doesn't have any numbers for the department?

Hi Eva,

Could you confirm what you mean by 'Header'?
- The very top of the page, accessible from the File / Header/Footer menu, where the page number could print?
- The top few rows of the spreadsheet, which can be frozen and thus print at the top of each page?
- Some other section title that is not found in the 'frozen rows' section as above?

Also, how are you printing the financial statment? Directly from the specific report, via Statement Groups, or via Departmental Printing? This could also have an influence.

There is no way to conditionally suppress the 'Header/Footer' information because this is not part of the spreadsheet.

Other information might be suppressable. Use RowFormat with the hidden row 'style' assigned to the row you want to suppress (except row 1) on the condition that the numbers are zero. Or 'hide' an individual cell by adding an IF statement to the cell formula that if numbers are zero, output blank instead.
