In the setup of Adagio - we are using an import batch to bring transactions from our Point of Sale system into Adagio Ledger. If we setup "Bank Clearing Accounts" in the POS system, but are not using BankRec, is there an "automatic" way to transfer balances from the clearing accounts to the appropriate bank accounts?

Why not have the Bank Clearing Accounts in your POS system just point at your Ledger's bank account?

Failing that, you can always create a reallocation batch to move the balances.

Be aware that you won't be able to use reallocation batches if your intention is to transfer from the clearing account to the true bank account by actual Deposit totals. I would tend to believe that this is what you guys must have been trying to achieve, otherwise why bother with the clearing account at all ?
