Is there any way to distinguish the "posting date" for invoices in OE? Invoices can be back or future dated, and I'd like to use both the invoice date as well as the posted date in some GV's and Crystal Reports though I'm not seeing a field for it.

Thanks,

Hi, Ryan,

The OE Sales Order Header Extension table maintains such information as Invoice Date; Created by User, Date, Time; Last Updated by User, Date, Time.

Thanks.

Just to confirm what you're saying, the field "OE Invoice Date" on the O/E Sales Order Header Extension table represents the date that the invoice was posted?

It is the accounting date entry and can be set to anything when the invoice is posted. The fields in the extension file are the system date and time the document was posted and cannot be set by anyone.
