I set up a new user recently and when she tried to print a GL batch listing she received the following error:

The file "\QRASP\QRTBLES.INI" could not be found. It is a Crystal Reports for Adagio Installation error.

No one else is getting this error. How do I fix this?

Does this user have access to the \QRASP folder?

Is their drive mapping the same as the other users?

Did you do a workstation install on the user's workstation while logged into the workstation as that Windows user and do they have enough Windows security rights to write to their registry (usually Power User or higher)?
