I am working with A/R 9.0B(100910). I am wanting to do a report of the customers who started with the company within the last month, sorted by salesperson. I start at report - transaction & analysis reports - customer list and statistics -put in the start date 01/01/11 to 01/31/11. The report pulls out all customers with January start dates regardless of year. This has happened since upgrades done in early December. Has anyon else had this problem?

Yes, I get inconsistent results too. Even when I remove all other criteria, the results aren't consistent.

Have you tried using the [F6] Smartfinder and exporting the results to Excel? The advantage is that each Customer will be just 1 row, rather than a series of lines like the "Customer List & Statistics" provides. Well, that, plus the fact that the results will be reliable!

Thanks Bruce. I hadn't thought of trying Excel, but that will work. A little more complicated though as I wanted the Customers' profiles in the report and to be separated by each salesperson, so I can give them a list of their new customers. The report gives all the info I need, if it would pull out the correct customers.
