Hello,I had two unposted batches in invoices and archived them both, so I could make changes to the tax codes. That went well, however, when I restored the batches one remained intact and the other one, there is absolutley no trace of it anywhere. On the batch status report there is a total number of the invoices and the total $ value and says batch cancelled. I am having to re-enter all of those invoices but would just like to know what may have caused this to happen.Thank you.

Perhaps you clicked the Delete button, rather than the Restore button?

No, I am fairly certain that I either did restore or copy button. However, I was looking to sent it to a new batch and an error message came up briefly, not much time to even read it. I ran an integrity check and it found 6 orphan search ?? items and then I rebuilt the data. Never had anything like this happen before so was just very curious.

Deb, Did you check under Reports/Deleted Invoices Audit List? (you can preview it) I had a client recently who was certain they had not deleted the batch, they believed that it had just vanished. The invoices were in fact on the deleted list, mystery was solved.

Hi, Deb,

If the option is not active (i.e. is greyed out), then you belong to a Security Group that has not been granted access to use this feature. You'll need to contact your Adagio system administrator for assistance.
