We have had a couple of reports about this but it is not always duplicatable. I have seen the problem occur with larger customer databases where the resulting highlight was sometimes 1 or 2 or 3 rows away from the customer being edited. The way Grids work for customers changed in version 9.0B to accommodate Filters.
When editing a customer, how do you locate them? Do you use the Find button, or the scroll bar at the right of the grid, or the scroll-wheel on the mouse, or Page Up/Down keys on the keyboard, or another way? That could be important in attempting to track this down, since it doesn't always happen for us.
How many customers display at one time on the grid? Have you re-sized your Edit Customers screen to show more customers than the default window size?
How are the customers sorted on the grid? By customer number, name or phone?
Is a Filter selected at the top of the screen? Is the grid sorted by something on the Filter?
In the \softrak\system directory, what is the file date of the ADS32.DLL program file?
