Hi Barry,
We have seen some network setups and rights prevent the correct installation of Adagio program files, typically dictionary files but it could be in other places. Or someone was using Adagio when an upgrade or service pack was installed. Windows thinks that the file is in use and instead creates a pending rename file that would be copied in after reboot (like Windows Updates do). But since Adagio is installed on a server, rebooting will not change this.
Now all of the Adagio installs check for the existance of pending files in the program directories.
Ensure that everyone is out of Adagio programs. You can remove the pending TMP file as it won't get removed otherwise.
Run the \softrak\system\chksys.exe program to do a system check. After this completes, click the Lanpak versions button to determine if the lanpak installed correctly - if it did then the screen will indicate that 90C lanpak licenses are in place. If you see anything else then you should try reinstalling the Lanpak.
This may be an issue which requires some assistance from your Adagio consultant.
