I am currently trying to run Service Packs on the Receivables and the General Ledger portions of the program, however it is unable to locate the folder where the information is, when I browse to the folder I get the same error that the Receivables or General Ledger is not installed, yet we have been using the program for a very long time and are licensed to use it.

Any help would me much appreciated.

What versions of service packs are you trying to install for Adagio Ledger and Receivables? This makes a difference.

If 9.0A or later, then the correct paths are \softrak\ledger and \softrak\receivables.
If 8.1A or earlier, then the paths are \softrak\alwin for Ledger and \softrak\crwin for Receivables.

Service packs only upgrade the version they are designed for. What version are you running (see Help | About)? What service pack are you trying to install?

I was wondering about the version of the service packs, they are running 8.1A, they were trying to install the 9.0A service pack thinking they were updating to that version. That answers a lot of questions. They were trying to install the 9.0A service pack. It totally makes sense.
