We are running O/E 8.1C

This morning someone noticed that under "Reports" "Order Reports" "Order Action", a new pop up is happening, which reads "order action template Order Action Default not found". We do use this report fairly extensively, so this is disturbing.

We took our back up from yesterday, and dumped it into our "test data" and the default template is there. So it was definitely there yesterday, as we do a back up each day. Just for fun, I highlighted this report, and clicked "delete" thinking it would not delete a default report. Guess what, it did!! Remember, I was only in test data.

So I guess someone actually deleted it out of our real data. Two questions:

1) how do I get this back?
2) how do I lock the default template so it cannot be deleted in error?

Users have always been allowed to delete this template and to use it as a template, make changes and save it as a new template.

The 4 OEACTL*.xxx files (where .xxx is your 3-character data extension) can be restored from the backup to your data folder.
