There is one field in Job Cost estimates per category that contains Outstanding PO Amount. I can only find one report that includes the Outstanding PO amount field - Job Inspection worksheet. are there others?

Perhaps not. Could you create a custom report or GridView view to do get you want?

The Outstanding PO field is for the most part a field that is not linked to any other database and is therefore not very meaningful. The only exception is that it is updated if you are using Adagio PO and it is integrated with JobCost.
