Is there a way to limit the access to scans in the CQ program? We would like sales people to have full access to their assigned prospects (by user) but not other data assigned elsewhere by user or not yet assigned.

Are you trying to limit a salesperson to only look at their customers/prospects when creating a scan, or only be able to see the scans that they've created.

At the moment the list of scans is not saved by user, so a SalesCQ user can see all the scans that have been done.

In our install of SalesCQ the scan lists are saved by user. I believe Andrew was mistaken.
