I'm not sure why, because as far as I know I haven't tweaked anything in my A/R module, but suddenly most of my customers are on hold. Not sure what happened, but is there a quick fix to changing them back to off hold? Or do I have to go in and manually change each customer? Thanks.

Hello jkueber,

Under Maintenance | Calculate Customer Aging, you can automatically set the "on hold" status of your customers depending on whether they are over their credit limit or have overdue transactions.

Have you run that function recently (it produces an audit report)? It should be easy to run it again and reset the "on holds".
