still unable to use oe-adagio on thin-clients. did add program in control panel, copied c:\window\crystal to user. still gives message: windows cannot acces the specified device, path or file. You may not have the approiate permission to access them. my tech guy went throught & checked that all rights are accessed. something is still missing, if we log on as administrator you can use adagio, but even if we put a user in the administrator group error message still occurs.
HELP!!

What rights or file access does the Administrator have that the user within an Administrator group not have? That will be your answer, as you have seen things work for the Administrator.

Perhaps if you run the CHKSYS.EXE utility while logged in as the user, you could find some more information. This system checking utility can check read/write access for locations that Adagio requires. If something fails, that is a place to focus on.
