We had our server crash and need to reinstall all the adagio programs/modules (ap, gl, ar, br, gridview, lanpak). Please provide instruction on the best way to do this. We have a server and three workstations. We were able to retrieve all data from the crashed hard drive so we do not need to do a restore of backed up data. All the data files are intact. I am wanting to come in tomorrow (Sat) and do this (have all workstations up and running

Hi Benita,

We would strongly suggest that you have your Adagio consultant come and help you through this process. That's the "best way" to do this.

You need to install all the modules onto the server with your install codes and serial numbers, and also apply any Service Packs that have been issued for the modules you are installing.

Just in case you disregard Andrew's wise advice, whatever you do don't install from the server, but rather from a workstation mapped to a server drive letter. As Andrew states, you will need the install codes, and the latest upgrades/service packs. Although this is a trivial exercise for someone like me who does it dozens of times a year, it is not straightforward if you have never done it.
