Hello,
Would there be a way of adding to the "print options" the selection of Due Date to the "sort by" section?

This would allow our AR clerks to print only the invoices coming due within the next xxx days. Right now the report is over 90 pages when it could be only 10 to 20 pages.

Can't you get the invoices you want by changing the aging buckets?

Can you describe what transactions you are trying to have displayed on the report?

Notwithstanding your suggestion, have you had a look at the Projected Receivables report ? It sounds like you're looking for something along those lines.

Maybe that report with a certain "Aged as of" date and using the "Number of Days" "Sort by" field might be able to get you something useable in the interim ?

Thank you Peter and Andrew. The report I need needs to include only the invoices that are due up to a certain date. Thus or within a date range, thus my request to have another selection on the ‘sort by’ as Due date. I have tried everything but it still includes all outstanding invoices even though they are only due months from now. I will send you the reports to your respective email addresses.
