The following are errors I have been getting. The last upgrade was done on the 10/14/08.

We added five additional users to the system, bringing the total users to 17. We have 20 licences. Each time we get an error message I check the number of licences in use and it has ranged from 10 to 12.

Attempting to perform operation in unopened options.
Attempting to write to H.:/ASP/Data/oewin.tcm
Unable to open data files, options (1213 )
Unknown Os error while opening I/C control accounts (1342)
Attempting to perform operations on unopened I/C control accounts
Unable to open data file I/C control accts (1213)
Error 1013 occurred when open payment
Unknown 05 error while opening I/C Acct (1342)
Attempting to open operations on 123 global
Error 1013 occurred when attempting to open transactions
Critical error (1013) insufficient right to open data file.

The permissions have not been changed. When we restart the machine it clears itself up. It is happening in all the modules and on each machine.

These types of errors point to a failing netowrk card (probably in the server since it involves all the workstations). It looks like the connection is dropping or resetting.
