Hi, Henry,

Are you able to edit the Future Order and just change the Order Type to Active Order?

Hi, Henry,

Are you referring to a Future order or a Standing order?

Changing a Future order to an Active order will not create a new order with a new number. It will post the order to the same order number. Usually this occurs during Day End.

Changing a Standing order to an Active order will definitely create a new order and use a new number. This is how the function is meant to work. A standing order is created so that it may be used over and over again. If it didn't create a new order with a new number each time, it would be constantly replaced and you would have to keep recreating it which would cause you more work.
