When i try and print the aged trial balance it is showing everything. The invoices as well as the cheques that were used to pay those invoices. How can i get it to show only the outstanding transactions? We are using 8.1A. In the past we have not had this issue.

It sounds like details were cleared to history in the past, but someone missed that step recently.

Depending on choices in the company profile, you would clear details of paid transactions to history either during month end closing or after printing statements.
