I've done all procedures for year end in Adagio Payables. The only problem I have is that even after retrieving the G/L Transactions report, I cannot proceed. I even consolidated it and still can't proceed. Am I forgetting something?

I'm currently using AP 8.0A.

The Year end processing function usualy tells you what step(s) remain to be done. What do you mean by "can't proceed"?

I've done all the steps that need to be done and somehow the "proceed" button does not allow me to click.
My G/L transactions report still shows that it needs to be retrieved even after I've done so.

Are you running Adagio Ledger V8.1 or Adagio Ledger V9.0?

The message about the GL Transactions report is misleading. It doesn't really mean you have to print a report. It means you have to go to GL and retrieve the AP batch (you don't HAVE to post it though).

Then you'll be able to proceed.

And yes, you are behind in your updates. 9.0A is light years better than 8.0D. As long as you are not still running ACCPAC Plus GL simultaneously, you should really upgrade.
