We are still in the midst of updating everything here with our new Adagio system. We are using Order Entry 8.1A and have not updated our dot matrix printer quite yet.

I was wondering if anyone is using dot matrix and if you have suggestions when setting up a spec for printing packing slips - any advice?

If you are printing on blank paper, you could try the Packing List B/W template in Order Entry.

If you have a pre-printed tractor-feed form, you may have to build one from scratch,

In either case, take the time to experiment with different fonts; some will print much faster on dot-matrix printers. (Look for the fonts that have a printer icon beside them in Windows' font list: these are built in to the printer and are often, but not always, faster.)
