Does IC record the date a receipt is created (NOT THE RECEIPT DATE)?? Is that information contained in any of the IC tables? If so can it be retrieved via GView?

If you are looking for an 'audit' date for the actual date when a receipt is entered (as opposed to the receipt date that is editable on the receipt header), then the answer is that Adagio currently does not store this information. This can be forwarded to development as a suggestion for a future release.

If you are curious as to which information (fields) are stored on particular records, then if you visit the Tech Tips portion of our website, there is a Data Dictionary exporter utility that will list all the available fields in an Excel spreadsheet.
