My summary income statement doesn't agree to actual net income. Is there a way to view accounts added by date, because the account(s) added most recently are probably not included in my statement.

Hi EMB,

In the Financial Reporter, from the View menu choose Chart of Accounts. Right-click and choose 'Verify {fie name}'. All missing accounts will have a red X next to the account, as opposed to green dots which represents accounts in the financial statement.

If you have account number ranges in column B of a SmartSheet that alredy incorporates any new accounts, they will already be added to the report. Only if the account ranges in column B don't reference new accounts will new accounts not automatically get added.

If you find that all of your I/S accounts are indeed on the statement but the amounts are not as expected, there could possibly be a problem in one or more formulas.

The creation date of an account is not saved, so the answer to your view accounts question is no.
