I have changed the GST to 5% in the invoice module, but when I tried to create an invoice this past week which should have had GST on it, it did not calculate the GST on the invoice at all.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Tax tables can be tricky to troubleshoot on a forum as everyone's setup is slightly different.

If you go back into the tax tables now, does it show all the changes you made correctly - sometimes a second look will reveal a typo that's causing the problem.

Do the "Item Rates" line up with the "Customer rates"? If the item rate for a given status is 5% but the customer rate for that status is 0, you will end up with no taxes beeing applied.

If you can't see the problem with a quick glance through the table I would suggest contacting your Adagio consultant.
