My balance sheet is out of balance after having installed version 9. I have not changed anything in this report. I can see what is causing it to be out of balance, but I do not understand why these values are showing up on the balance sheet.

Again, please note, I have not changed anything on this report. We have not added any new accounts to the chart of accounts either.

After you have confirmed that the balance sheet was in balance prior to the conversion, please send technical support the backup you made prior to doing the conversion.

We need to see the data.

The Balance Sheet was an old specification converted from DOS which was referencing Acciynts that did not exist. This caused a problem with the Financial Reporter.

Minor cleanup on the spec resolved the problem
