Does anyone know if there is a way to print the trial balance to show budget numbers?

I want to be able to do this for the auditor.

I do not believe that the standard Trial Balance report does this. If you have and are reasonably adept with Crystal Reports for Adagio, you could design a "custom" Trial Balance report to do this.

Another, and probably easier way to get what you're looking for, would be to use the Financial Reporter (or Financial Statement designer) to print the "report".

You could design from scratch or use one of the following specs. that come with the Sample Data to start with and customise it to meet your requirements.

> GL!SimpleTrialBalance.SAM
> GL!STrial.SAM
> GL!YTDBudgetVariance.SAM

The last one above is more of a P&L type statement and does not show Balance Sheet type accounts (most people don't put budgets on those anyway). Still, it may be a useful format that you could tweak as needed.
