When I print the Statement Group I have set up, some of the pages should print landscape and some of them should print portrait - that's how they printed every other month. Now, though, every page prints out portrait, which means there's 2 pages for most statements. I don't know what I've done, or how to change it back. I tried changing the print option to landscape, because I figured there are more landscape page than portrait, but even still the pages all print portrait. How do I fix this?

Which application are you attempting to print Statement Groups for, Adagio Ledger or Adagio FX? And which version is in use?

If you open any of the statements you want to print, you should see a toolbar button related to the Landscape (or Portrait) orientation of the report, and this is the setting used by Print Statement Groups.

I tested using Adagio Ledger 8.0D and a statement group with a mix of reports formatted with Portrait and Landscape options, and they all printed with the desired orientation.

Have you changed anything recently, such as installing upgrades or putting in a new printer or printer driver? If you open and print preview a statement meant to be formatted landscape, rather than from printing a statement group, is the orientation correct? Perhaps all that is needed it to verify the settings and re-save it.

Printing Adagio Ledger 8.0D. I was printing to a different printer, so I tried printing to the old printer now, and it prints the way it should. Thanks.

A/P manuel check posting error messages -

I am post the manuel check batch, have following err message:

error access violation at address 28003eac in module 'ADS.DLL' read of address 295D1AFO occurred when attempting to read next record in history.

after that I choice ok the error message coming out again
say:

error access violation at address 28003EAC is module"ADS.DLL' READ OF ADDRESS 2951bof occulred when attempting to read next record in history.

Please advise how to do next ????????

Hi Ann,

For the next time, it would be better to create a new thread rather than replying to an existing thread, as your question isn't related to Printing financial statements.

Did this just start happening or has it been happening for a while? And if it just started, did you install any other Adagio service packs recently?

We released a hot fix for Adagio Payables in Dec 2006 that may address your problem. Contact your Adagio business consultant to get this - it is not available for download from our website. This may be also in conjunction with the version of ADS.DLL you have on your system. If so, then installing all the current service packs will put in the most recent version of this file available.

Sorry this is first time I am use this. How do I create a new thread?

Yes, this is first time happening! And it just started. I did install G/L version 8.0D (2006.10.13) and A/R 8.0B (2006.12.13)
I didn't receive any new version of A/P. the one I have in the systems is version 8.0A.

I been try to get holder of my dealer for a week, but I have no luck at all? Please hlep????????????

The version I have for A/P is 8.0A (051122) I will need to download the 8.0A(apspp20060626.exe. May I have the install passwork and serial no and install code????

But in order to downloaded this, I will need to installed
A/P 8.0A (2006.06.26) or (2006.08.27)first based on the instruction I have receive from Leigh.
