With three branches we want to issue PO from the branch. We have the data & program on the server. To choose the location generating the order the staff currently changes the specification form under maintence. This causes a problem if someone has already started a PO from a different location. There is no lock out when a po is active for this function. Additionally when an add-on is done to an existing PO & the specification has been changed the add-on has the correct PO Number but branch info is then wrong. FIX can the options area be customized to add the specifications to the user? Is there any better way for what we are doing?
