I know in the past we have seen data show up in a report that were lost sales items. This report got data from orders that were entered & then canceled. At the time it was just a "what's This ??" type of question when seeing the data. Now I would like to see, create, edit or clear data from a lost sales report. Where & how do I do this? We have sales analysis module as well as the common ones.

The Transaction Report for Summary Statistics report in OrderEntry has ?Total sales amount lost? and ?Average sales amount lost?.

To reset these numbers to 0, print the report to printer or file. After printing, you will be asked ?Do you want to clear the summary statistics file??.

Not in OE. You would need to create a view in Gridview or use Crystal Reports for Adagio to do this reporting on sales history in IC. You aren't able to get a list of orders in OE. The only report there is the Transactions List for Summary Statistics.
