I am using the "Query date" and Query string" in Gridview.

I am trying to create a report out of TB showing certain disbursements by docket for the period Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2006.

I have to do this for many dockets.

When the query box pops up for me to enter the docket number, is there any way to enter a number of dockets instead of just one? The dockets are not sequential.

In the alternative, can I add the results of each query to one sheet so I get one list of these disbursements by docket?

Thanks.

Hi bal,

In one View, have all your dockets. In another View, list the disbursements between Jan 1 and Dec 31. Link the docket View to the disbursement View, so that when you click on a docket, disbursements for that docket are displayed.

Now, multi-select (ctrl-click) all the dockets you want to select and double click. All the disbursements for the selected dockets will be in the View.

That is, you can link on multiple dockets to a single View.
