Our client has been getting an access violation error whent they enter AR cash batches. It has been mildly annoying, but not show-stopping.

They have run integrity checks, and no errors are found.

Now they are trying to do year end and when they try to print & clear the AR Adjustment & revaluation posting journals, they get:
Access Violation at address 0040b015 in module 'CRWIN.EXE'. Read of address 001E2008. I will get them to clear the files, so they can continue, but would like to solve the underlying issues.

Thanks,
Monique

Hi moniqueS,

Is this repeatable? Does it happen on the sample data? If so, then their EXE is damaged. If not, then I'd appreciate a copy of the data to see if we can re-create the problem here (with the posting journals). To track down the cash entry issue, we'd need a bit more information (what else is going on etc..)
