I'm having trouble with gridview inventory reports. After printing successfully for several months, I'm getting a printer error message that the printer can't process the print job (printer is an Okipage 10ex.) It will print the first page of the report and then the formatting goes and it just prints dots and dashes.

Hannah is printing directly to the printer.Just to let you know Hannah and I share the same printers (Okdidata and a Fujitsu3400). her commands go thru my computer. Last week my Windows corrupted and I had to re-install all my programs. Since then Hannah been having problems. Although previous to this Gridview reports were very slow (20 mins for a 20 page report)!! I had a computer fellow in here , his sollution is to get a better printer!!! Jinny is also stumped. She will probably see you next week at your conference. She's got a list of questions. There are some reports I would like to get. A sales report by primary vendor and a 2 year comparative inventory report.

Are either opf those dot matrix printers? They're very slow under Windows unless you are using the Plain Text printer driver.

We use the Fujutsu dot matrix to print small labels for our inventory items. This printer is fine. The problem is the Okipage digital lazer printer. It's now not even printing Excel spreadsheets, loses formatting and second pages. Looks like it's not an Adagio problem. I'm going to talk to Compukits about this printer's drivers. Thanks
