Some of my clients are interested in the Accounting Products (GL, AP, AR). But they only need 1 or 2 new reports to be written. Their question is :
"Already we are paying for the customised reports. Just to print those reports we need to purchase Adagio Crystal Report which is not budget justified. We are not going to fully use the Crystal Report except for printing 1 report. And we are paying twice! One for customised report and one module just to print those reports. Can the developer assist us in other ways".

I do agree with the customers' views. Any answers or solution for my customers, please.

Well, the developer of the custom report can assist the client by not charging for the creation of the custom report.

It is true with all software that you may not use all its features. (How many people use all the features in Excel?) However, your client is using the biggest feature of all in Crystal Reports for Adagio, and that is the ability to have custom reports created.

What are the "1 or 2" reports that the client is looking for?
