Where do you change the form length from 8.5 to 6.5? I'm trying to print on a pre-printed form that is 8.5 x 6.5.

The suggestions above are correct, however, if you are having trouble, what we have found to be the most effective is to setup a 'new' Windows printer that you use strictly for this size of form (whenever it is not the typical 8.5x11 format). Setup the size in the Printer Properties itself, then modify your Invoice specification in Designer to use the 'default' size (File - Specification Options).

Then, in the MAIN Invoices program, go into File - Options and select this printer as your 'Invoice Printer' (i.e. 'Specific' printer).

FYI The Designer menu option 'File - Printer Setup' takes you directly to the Windows Printer List and is there for convenience only when TESTING your specification. Whatever changes you make here are temporary and will not be saved (i.e. 'tagged') with this spec.

Also note that if this is a Dot Matrix printer, and if you are still having problems, you WILL have to be able to set the form size directly on the printer itself (using 'menu' option buttons or even dip switches - depending on the printer). Also make sure that the DM printer either has a driver installed for the appropriate version of Windows. If not, use the Windows 'Generic Text Only' printer driver.

NOTE that Adagio was not designed for Dot Matrix printers. If you are still having problems, a laser or at least an inkjet printer of some kind is recommended.
