The version of GL8.1A you are referring to is a service pack, not an upgrade.
Do you still have the email you would have received from Customer Service back in July for the 8.1A upgrades? It will also have the password, serial number and install codes on it.
The upgrade must be installed before the service pack. If you cannot locate the upgrade email from July, please contact Customer Service in our office.
