You are in our database as using TBR DOS V6.6A, so as long as this is actually the version you have installed, then this will be helpful:

This Error message occurs if:
1. You are using TBWIN 6.5A (001114) (or higher, ie more current) Beta release
2. You have entered ?N? to the ?G/L 6.1 Interface? option in the TB DOS 6.6A Company Profile
3. You are using a version of TBR DOS prior to 6.6A (981030)

What you should expect when converting DOS TBR6.6A data.
1. TBWIN will only convert from DOS version 6.6A (981030).
2. All processing must be completed in DOS first, including retrieval of any outstanding subledger batches from TBR into GL. Also, you must have the option ?G/L 6.1 Interface? set to ?Y? in the T&B DOS Company Profile (5th screen). A problem converting will occur if your TBR66A data still indicates that it uses a pre GL6.1 batch scheme. The conversion ends up giving a wrong message in this case.
3. Make a GOOD backup of your DOS data first, as you will not be able to go back to using the DOS version with this dataset once it has been converted to TBWIN data.

Regarding the expiration date approaching, I will check with R&D to see if they have a method to extend this date, and get back to you.
