You must go into the Vendors' Statistics and manually update the YTD Payments if you wish to reflect the reversal/voiding of the check, as QCWIN will not do this automatically.

Adagio Checks, (QCWIN's successor) does automatically update these fields after having reversed a check, however, voiding a check does not update these fields.
