I transfered the A/P to the GL and two of the entries were duplicated. They ere listed at as post entries 276 and 277. The last legitamite entry was 275. Any idea what happened???

Did you print, or at least look at, the GL transactions report in AP before retrieving the file in GL? That would tell you if the transactions came from AP (which I suspect they did).

You should check there are no double postings in AP.
